The person behind CXUnity
Glad you stopped by.
I genuinely appreciate that you took the time to learn more about the person behind CXUnity.
CXUnity came together during the final phase of my master's degree — a period in which it became very clear to me what I am truly good at and where my specialisation lies. Studying M.Sc. Digital Business & Marketing Intelligence at RWU Ravensburg-Weingarten, I developed a real passion for digital products and services. Not just for how they look, but above all for how they work and what they do to the people who use them.
That passion has grown through many concrete projects: the digital transformation of Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG, digital products and services at ZEISS SMT, and the development of LOWAL, a local food app serving more than 90,000 direct marketers. You can find more about these projects on my LinkedIn profile.
You might wonder why I chose freelancing rather than joining an agency or consultancy. The honest answer: I like taking responsibility. Full responsibility. For who I support, how I work, and what comes out of it in the end. That is only partially possible within an agency structure. I value working with others very much, but I do my best work when I have clear tasks that I can work through independently and with full focus. That is exactly what CXUnity makes possible.
If your curiosity is sparked, I would be very happy to have an initial conversation. Together we can find out how I can move your specific project forward.

Still curious?
What does the name CXUnity mean?
The meaning of the name is already in the logo. The X sits at the centre — and that is no accident: it stands for Experience. Read from the left, it spells CX, Customer Experience, the experience customers have with a business. Read from the right, UX, User Experience, the experience people have when using a digital product. Both perspectives share the same X.
Unity describes the ambition behind it: to think of these two disciplines, which are far too often treated separately within organisations, as one connected whole, and to unite them in the digital space.
What is a Digital Experience Architect?
Many people know User Experience or Customer Experience as separate disciplines. In practice, they constantly overlap: how someone uses a website and how they perceive your business as a result are hard to separate. Digital Experience brings both together under one roof.
The Architect part describes the ambition: not just to design, but to accompany the entire process. From the question of which digital touchpoint even makes sense, through conception and implementation, to evaluation and iterative improvement.
Do the CXUnity colours have a meaning?
Purple stands for Customer Experience: the perspective that needs depth. You first have to understand how customers really experience a business before you can design anything. Purple stands for that complexity, which needs to be worked through and respected.
Green stands for User Experience, in the form of a green light. Users arrive with a concrete goal. They want to find, complete or understand something. A digital product that gets in the way has failed. Green means: it works. The path is clear. The goal is reachable.
Do you also work with larger companies?
Generally, yes. The background with projects at Mercedes-Benz and ZEISS shows that working within larger structures is familiar territory. That said, CXUnity's focus is deliberately on small and medium-sized businesses, because that is where the difference a clear digital strategy and good user experience can make is especially noticeable. For larger projects, an initial conversation is worthwhile to work out together whether and how a collaboration fits.
